No. Sencha is a full testimonials tool. Collect text and video, approve what is real, embed the wall. The agent only runs the logistics: it asks at the right moment and drafts the follow-ups. You can drive the whole thing by hand if you want.

Does anything get published without me?

Never. Zero testimonials go public without your OK. You approve, reject, tag, or feature each one from a single inbox. The agent handles collection, you keep the last word.

How do imports work?
